1. 30-Day Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags must remain attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- A valid order number or purchase confirmation is required
Items that do not meet these requirements may be declined for return approval.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted or processed.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- An incorrect item or size
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@modeala.store and include clear photos showing the issue. Our team will review your case promptly and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are available only in the following situations:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect items shipped
- Wrong size received
All exchanges depend on product availability. Delivery times for replacement items may vary based on location and shipping conditions.
5. No Restocking Fees
Modeala does not charge any restocking fees for approved returns.
Eligible returns can be made without additional penalties.
6. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–7 business days
- Most refunds are completed within 7 business days after approval
Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
7. Discounts & Promotional Offers
Promotional discounts and coupon codes must be applied during checkout.
We cannot apply discounts retroactively or issue refunds for promotions that were not used at the time of purchase.
